Five issues in, world-leading print magazine Recens Paper is aiming to showcase, involve and build young talent, whilst breaking down stereotypes of gender and race.

In this talk we are going to have a linear timeline view of how this project developed and came to life ... it is based on its story but mainly the design and aesthetic features that was consciously chosen for this project, and why they look the way they do.

The talk start with:

Elise By Olsen (blogged since the age of 8 and founded Recens Paper in 2013. Currently "privatising" high school to work as a writer and creative director, in addition to her title as editor-in-chief. In 2016, Elise gave her first Ted Talk.) explaining the start and why of this project.

And is continued by:

Morteza Vaseghi "(graphic & media designer + does art direction, video works and image making, born in Tehran 1982 studied BA at London college of communication, worked and lived there for 8 years before moving to Oslo 5 years ago - mostly working within cultural sector at the time with focus in music and fashion related stuff )" to explain the design and direction that he brought in .
